Ramadan Inn
Muslims believe that the Koran was sent down to the lowest heaven during this month, thus being prepared for gradual revelation by the Archangel Jibraeel to the Islamic prophet Muhammad. Fasting during Ramadan is one of the Five Pillars of Islam.

In that spirit, I wish Muslims across America and around the world a blessed month, and I look forward to again hosting an Iftar dinner here at the White House. Ramadan Kareem.” Obama said.
Pray tell, Mr. Obama and your like minded Lemmings – what ‘commitment to justice, equality and compassion’ does Islam and the majority of its adherents share with civilized humanity? Is it perhaps Sitara Achikzai, the woman’s rights advocate gunned down in the street in Kandahar, Afghanistan this past April?
Perhaps it is Mumtaz Bibi, a 16-year-old woman disfigured in a callous acid attack by a man she refused to marry? Should we celebrate a religion that sanctions the forced marriages of mere children, such as was the case with the religion’s founder, Mohammed?
Is it the women beheaded in Saudi Arabia, with full agreement of religious authorities, based on an accusation of sorcery? Is it the murder of 3,000 Americans on 9/11? Is it the advocacy by Islamic clerics, together with the practice of brutal sexual assault against women not of the Islamic faith? Could it be the destruction of Coptic Christian churches in Egypt or the massacres of Christians in Nigeria and other parts of Africa where followers of Islam have gained ascendancy?
Is it the death sentences handed out to those who, like Pastor Nadarkhani in Iran, purpose to choose another of the world’s ‘great faiths’? Is it the slaughter, rape, starvation and displacement of innocents in Sudan, with Islam providing the moral justification? Is it the women demonstrating for equal rights in Egypt, that were abducted and sexually assaulted by the agents of the Muslim Brotherhood?
Certainly, Mr. Obama, you must have an example of a nation or a state under the rule of Islam that has provisions in their law for the universal respect of human rights of all citizens regardless of their religious creed? Crickets…
Is the Judeo / Christian faith tradition compatible with Islam and the history of conversion by conquest? Dante, the great poet of medieval Christianity, perceived the Prophet of Islam as the “divider of the world of Christendom and assigned him to all but the lowest level of hell for his grievous sin. St. Thomas Aquinas, the most outstanding scholastic philosopher, described Islam as ‘nothing but a construct to accommodate the lust of Muhammad’.
Very few of today’s voices in Christian leadership are courageous enough to boldly state the truth about the nature and illegitimate origins of Islam and the fruits of its’ inspiration. The Reverend Franklin Graham doesn’t hide or sugarcoat the truth:
“We’re not attacking Islam but Islam has attacked us. The god of Islam is not the same god. He’s not the Son of God of the Christian or Judeo-Christian faith. It’s a different god, and I believe it [Islam] is a very evil and wicked religion.“
It is a different god. Allah’s origin can be anthropologically traced back to ancient Syria, where Allah was a local tribal god idol, associated with Moon worship, or to put it more accurately, a ‘Moon god’. Islam, in it’s false teachings about Jesus Christ and the basic tenets of the per-incarnation history of the Old Testament scripture, is antithetical in every way possible.
There are, in reality, no points of agreement that those who practice the Jewish or Christian faith could have with Islam, the Koran or any of the other commentaries associated with it. We could agree to coexist, of course – but recent history, as well as the great span of the nearly 14 centuries of the religion’s existence, do not point to much evidence of that. The reformists in Islam are not in ascendancy, but are in the distinct margins as opposed to the advocates of the world Caliphate and the rule of Shari-a.
Continuing the tradition of celebrating the rich diversity of religious traditions in the United States, President Barack Obama recently hosted an Iftar dinner at the White House in observance of Ramadan.
The dinner, which breaks the daily sunrise-to-sunset fast observed during Ramadan, was attended by members of the diplomatic corps and Congress, including two Muslim congressmen, as well as leaders and officials from across the U.S. Government.
President Obama said the evening “reminds us of both the timeless teaching of a great religion and the enduring strengths of a great nation.” He noted that Islam, like many faiths, “has always been part of our American family, and American Muslims have long contributed to the strength and character of our country.”
Islam, has NOT ‘always been part of our American family, nor have Muslims “long contributed to the strength and character of our country”. From the birth of the American Revolution, a span of over 150 years of our history as a sovereign nation, there was not a single mosque on American soil. Some Lebanese immigrants that settled in Ross, North Dakota, built a mosque there in 1930 and for most of the rest of the 20th century, there were only a handful of mosques.
So, Islam does not have anything that resembles a historical or cultural impact on the development of America. Sorry, Barack – you flunk that one. But in the spirit of ‘no child left behind’, the corporate media gives you a free pass to repeat such lies without any kind of fact checking. Nothing like a consistent liar with an ‘entourage’.
In what way have Muslims or the religion of Islam, contributed to the strength and character of our country? I invite the apologists of this cultural invasion to name anything that the average citizen could identify with. Would it be the Islamification of Detroit, Michigan? Would it be the development of the racist and separatist ‘Nation of Islam’ movement headed by Louis Farrakhan? Is our culture and character enhanced by the growing number of ‘honor’ killings and violence directed towards women?
Is the subversive activities of C.A.I.R. and various other related, Saudi funded Islamist organizations – which have been found to fund raise for international terror organizations, contributing to the strength of our country? Would it be the mass killing of American soldiers at Ft. Hood, by one of Islam’s practitioners – Major Nidal Hassan?
While Mr. Obama rolls out the Red carpet, in hearty endorsement of the religious holiday of Islam, the Associated Press reports that Saudi authorities are warning non-Muslim expatriates against eating, drinking or smoking in public during Ramadan, the month long sunrise-to-sunset fast — or face expulsion. The Interior Ministry of the oil-rich kingdom is calling on non-Muslims to ‘show consideration for feelings of Muslims’ and ‘preserve the sacred Islamic rituals’. Otherwise, the statement says, Saudi authorities will cancel violators’ work contracts and expel them.
By chance, would those ‘sacred Islamic rituals’ include executing dissidents, (76 so far this year)?
Thanks, Mr. Obama, for giving moral support and encouragement to a religion that destroys the lives of any who make the mortal error of opposing its ‘commitment to justice, equality and compassion’.
